Call us at 435-962-9405 to confirm availability for your preferred delivery time. After that, just send us your list—we’ll take care of the shopping. We source groceries from Smith’s Food & Drug, our local Kroger partner, to ensure the freshest, highest-quality items for your stay. Whole Foods shopping is also available by request (please call to confirm availability).

What Does It Cost?

Experience effortless arrival. Our concierge-style delivery includes a $65 delivery fee and a 30% service fee, reflecting the care and precision that go into hand-selecting and stocking your items.

A $20 authorization is placed at checkout as a refundable deposit, ensuring seamless processing throughout your order.

For requests made within 24 hours of your desired delivery time, please contact us directly so we can accommodate you whenever possible. A $50 priority service fee applies to these last-minute orders.

How can I place an order with Posh & Pen Grocery?

Order through the "Get Started Now" button to enter your guest information. Once we confirm availability, we will have you send your list, organized by category, (be as specific as possible on item details, number of items, and size needed if necessary.

What if we need more things picked up while we are here?

Contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact our support team to make changes.

What is the policy regarding liquor/wine/beer in Utah?

We can purchase 5% Beers from the grocery stores- 7days a week.

We buy your Beer first and if your order is unfortunately cancelled you will be charged for the purchase & our added service of 35% TBS fee.

Beer is not returnable

What if I am missing some items?

We do our best to correct our mistakes. Please contact us ASAP so we can resolve.

How do I cancel an order or change the date of delivery?

We know things come up…. Your order can be changed or canceled 48 hours prior to the delivery date. *Alcohol is purchased first on all orders. This is not refundable and you will be charged.


When is my credit card charged?

A $20 authorization will be applied at checkout to secure payment information. Upon completion of your delivery, we will send your final invoice and bill your card on file for the balance due. Should you need to adjust your card information at any time, please contact us

What are your hours of operation?

We are available M-F, from 9-5pm, Saturday and Sunday hours vary. Our delivery times run from 9am-8pm.

We will be working with your property management team to ensure entry to the condo or home for your delivery. If we have any problems we will try to contact you.

How do I change or edit an order once it has been placed?

Please finalize any order changes 48hrs before your expected delivery. Contact us and we will update your order.


How do I place an expedited order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability, (please note: during peak times and holidays, availability is limited). All orders requested within 24 hours are charged a $30 expedited order fee, are non-refundable, and must be submitted by 10am the day needed for delivery.
